Shipping & Returns


At Martin Patrick Evan, Ltd., we strive to deliver your purchase with excellent service and flexibility, every time. Your rug will be shipped to you FOB Houston, TX via UPS. We ask that you inspect your delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. When ordering, please provide a daytime number. Purchases made via Martin Patrick Evan, Ltd. Website can only ship to states within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. For international orders please call 212-755-4995 and ask to speak to a customer representative to place your order.


Your custom rug orders will arrive in 9 to 16 weeks in most metropolitan areas depending on the type of good purchased. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

At Martin Patrick Evan, Ltd., we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our rugs and carpets. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

All orders are custom-made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by Martin Patrick Evan, Ltd. and cannot be refunded.

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your rug, however, please contact us at 212-755-4995 immediately or email your complaint and any pertinent pictures of the defective or damaged area of the rug to: MPE must receive your complaint of defective or damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the good.


Please note that proof of purchase is required for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected for said damages, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

When returning a damaged item, please send a complete description of the defective nature of the good, and use the return address label we provide. Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
